Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to placement
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based employers
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of sourcing tools
* Write and post compelling job adverts to attract top talent
* Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback loops
* Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS or CRM systems
* Meet and exceed monthly targets related to placements and client engagement
* Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to advise clients effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer
* Proven ability to manage client accounts and candidate pipelines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms
* Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service
* Ability to work independently while being a proactive team contributor
* Reliable internet connection and own laptop essential
