The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator & Sourcer to partner directly with their Lead Recruiter. They are currently a lean recruiting operation looking to significantly increase bandwidth and top-of-funnel velocity.

This is not a full-cycle role. You won’t be closing deals or negotiating offers; instead, you will be the engine that identifies, engages, and coordinates the talent that fuels growth. The team works across a wide variety of industries, experience levels, and roles—so adaptability and curiosity are key.

The Role

Your mission is to ensure the Lead Recruiter has a consistent stream of high-quality candidates and that the scheduling process remains seamless for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Sourcing:Build robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, and other creative sourcing channels.
* Top-of-Funnel Engagement:Draft and send compelling outreach to passive candidates to spark interest and book initial screens.
* Candidate Screening:Conduct initial “vibe check” and qualification screens to ensure candidates meet core requirements before progressing.
* Coordination & Logistics:Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
* ATS Management:Keep the ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar) meticulously organized, ensuring all candidate data and feedback are up to date.
* Role Launching:Assist in generating job descriptions and setting up workflows for new roles as they open.

* Industry Agnostic:Experience sourcing across a variety of roles, with the ability to pivot between different functions and seniority levels.
* Startup Savvy:Ideally experienced working with fast-paced, high-growth teams, with comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
* Tech-Fluent:Comfortable using modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Proactive Communicator:Strong English proficiency with the ability to write outreach that drives responses.
* Highly Organized:Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills; able to manage complex scheduling without dropping the ball.
