About the Role: The "Why"
As we continue to scale, we are moving away from "cobbled together" back-office support toward a professionalized, streamlined operations hub. We need aProject Managerwho doesn't just "check boxes" but owns the entire lifecycle of a project—from the moment a sale is closed to the final delivery. This hire is critical to ensure our multi-faceted programs (combining training, assessments, and coaching) run like clockwork, allowing our leadership team to focus on high-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Project Ownership:Manage projects from the initial scope of work through to client closing, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
* System Optimization:Act as amonday.compower user, maintaining clean systems and leveraging automations to increase team efficiency.
* Program Coordination:Oversee complex programs involving 10–30+ leaders, coordinating schedules for one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and assessments.
* Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the central point of contact for facilitators and team members, providing regular updates and escalating bottlenecks proactively.
* Process Innovation:Identify "hidden" inefficiencies and suggest strategic changes at the operational level to improve the "back office" experience.
* Workflow Integration:Gradually absorb client care processes to create a seamless, unified administrative workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
* Expert-level Proficiency:monday.com(including automations and board architecture).
* Tech Stack:G-Suite,Figma, andAI toolsfor task efficiency.
* Experience:10+ years in Project Management, ideally within a consulting, coaching, or professional services environment.
* Methodology:Strong understanding ofSOP creationand system-based scaling.
Soft Skills:
