Role Overview

We are looking for aPaid Ads Specialistto handle inbound customer interactions across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), while supporting eCommerce operations and internal coordination.

This role is responsible for ensuring timely, professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining a positive brand presence across public and private channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Community Management
* Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook and Instagram (DMs and comments)
* Manage and moderate public comments on posts and ads
* Maintain a consistent, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions
2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution
* Handle inbound questions, concerns, and complaints from customers
* Investigate and resolve order-related issues efficiently
* Escalate complex cases when necessary
3. eCommerce Support (Shopify)
* Utilize Shopify to review and troubleshoot customer orders
* Identify issues related to orders, payments, or fulfillment
* Ensure accurate communication with customers regarding order status
4. Order & Fulfillment Coordination
* Work closely with the warehouse/3PL partner to resolve order issues
* Track shipments, delays, and fulfillment concerns
* Ensure smooth coordination between customer support and operations
5. Meta Business Manager Support
* Assist with basic management of Meta Business Manager
* Support monitoring of paid ads (e.g., checking comments, flagging issues)
* Ensure alignment between ad activity and customer interactions
6. Creator Coordination
* Communicate and coordinate with UGC creators as needed
* Support collaboration efforts tied to campaigns or content initiatives
