Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Pay Range: $1500/mo
Work Location: REMOTE
Role Overview
As our Paid Ads Specialist, you are equal parts strategist and executor. You are comfortable in the weeds of campaign setup for one hour and thinking through creative angles the next. You have a builder’s mentality and a bias toward action.
This is a dual-platform role. You own Google Ads and Meta Ads across a portfolio of owner-managed business clients. You’re not a button-pusher — you understand performance, think about the customer journey, and actively use AI to work faster and smarter.
You are hungry. You want more reps, more learning, and more results. You are not precious about your skill set — you flex where the work demands it. And you are genuinely excited about the role AI is playing in how ads are built, managed, and optimized. You bring energy, curiosity, and accountability to every campaign you touch.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
* Build, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from brief through reporting

* Monitor campaigns daily and make optimization decisions quickly

Experience
* 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta
