ROLE OVERVIEW Job Title: Administrative Support

Time Zone: Central Time (US)

Full-time Hours:9am - 6pm Central Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status, rental coverage, and other account details

* Manage project details and notes in the company's Notion-based project management system

* Coordinate with the internal team, including the administrative manager, on customer communications and task completion

* Reach out to insurance companies to check on claim statuses and coverage
