Position: Operations Specialist

Working Schedule: 9a-5p EST or 9a-5p PST

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented and reliable Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in managing both routine operations and project work with minimal oversight. You will play a key internal role in drafting communications, managing data in Excel, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and refine written communications for internal and client-facing purposes
* Manage and analyze data using Excel, including complex spreadsheets and formulas
* Operate within a software GUI and collaborate via Slack
* Handle detailed, repetitive tasks with care and consistency
* Execute urgent, last-minute assignments with quick turnaround when required

Key Requirements:
