Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant focused on execution, backend management, tracking, and admin support.

This is NOT a creative role. Advanced image design or video editing skills are not required. The focus is on uploading, formatting, organizing, tracking, and system management using provided templates and SOPs.

Highly Preferred Skill (Strong Advantage)

Experience with Facebook Ads and ClickFunnels, specifically:
* Setting up and managing Facebook Ad campaigns
* Installing and managing tracking pixels on ClickFunnels pages
* Proper setup of Facebook Lead Form ads
* Understanding ad tracking and attribution
Candidates with this background will be prioritized.

Core Responsibilities

Social & YouTube Management
* Uploading and updating YouTube and social media content
* Formatting videos for different platforms
* Updating thumbnails, banners, and member portal content
* Posting in prospect Facebook groups
Email & CRM Management
* Scheduling emails and social posts
* List uploads, segmentation, clean-up
* Tracking email clicks and opens
* Spreadsheet updates and prospect tracking
Member & Admin Support
* Member onboarding and subscription tracking
* ClickFunnels account management (create/delete users, modules)
* Uploading content to membership portal
* Invoice creation, attendance tracking, document updates
