Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment and development group focused on acquiring, developing, and managing residential properties across multiple markets.

The company is actively expanding its real estate portfolio and brand presence, creating a need for a dedicatedMarketing Managerto lead marketing initiatives, drive qualified leads, and strengthen the company’s digital presence.

This role will work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that support property acquisitions, brand visibility, and long-term growth.

The Role

We are seeking astrategic and hands-on Marketing Managerwith experience indigital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategy.

This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing efforts across multiple channels includingSEO, paid media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate understands how to build marketing systems that generate inbound opportunities, improve online visibility, and support real estate growth initiatives.

You should be comfortable operating at both thestrategy level and execution level, helping develop marketing plans while also managing implementation and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and implement the company’soverall marketing strategyaligned with growth goals
* Identify and prioritize marketing channels that drive qualified leads and brand visibility
* Plan and execute campaigns that support property acquisitions, developments, and brand awareness
* Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

SEO & Organic Growth
* Develop and oversee the company’sSEO strategyto increase organic traffic and search visibility
* Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search rankings
* Collaborate with web developers or content creators to improve on-page SEO
* Monitor search performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings and traffic

Paid Media & Digital Campaigns
* Plan and managepaid advertising campaignsincluding Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
* Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
* Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
* Identify new paid media opportunities to drive targeted traffic and leads

Lead Generation & Conversion
* Design marketing funnels to convert traffic into leads and inquiries
* Improve website landing pages and conversion paths
* Track and analyze marketing metrics including traffic, leads, and campaign ROI
* Implement systems for capturing, tracking, and nurturing leads

Content & Brand Marketing
* Coordinate the development of marketing content including website content, articles, and promotional materials
* Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across channels
* Help grow the company’s digital presence through strategic content initiatives
* Collaborate with designers, freelancers, or agencies when needed

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries
* Strong understanding ofdigital marketing strategy and lead generation
* Experience managingSEO strategies and improving organic search performance
* Experience running or overseeingpaid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Ability to operate in afast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience marketingreal estate investments, residential developments, or property services
* Familiarity withlocal SEO strategies for real estate markets
