About the Role
The strategy is built, the playbook is written, and the tools are live. We aren’t looking for a strategist to invent new campaigns; we need arelentless Marketing Executor. Your mission is to take provided briefs, copy, and plans and turn them into live, high-performing assets. This role is perfect for a detail-obsessed professional who takes immense pride in clean, organized output and thrives on "checking the box" with precision. You will own the day-to-day operations across HubSpot, Webflow, and LinkedIn, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.
Key Responsibilities
* HubSpot Management:Build and activate email sequences, manage enrollment triggers, and maintain a pristine CRM through list segmentation and contact record updates.
* Webflow Execution:Build and restructure landing pages using existing templates, implement gated content for lead magnets, and publish weekly blog posts.
* LinkedIn Operations:Format, schedule, and publish posts based on founder briefs; monitor engagement and flag high-priority comments for response.
* Technical SEO:Execute on-page SEO updates across existing pages as guided by leadership.
* Performance Reporting:Deliver weekly async updates on "what went live" and monthly GA4 funnel reports comparing homepage-to-demo conversions against baselines.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
* HubSpot Expert:Proven experience with email sequences, forms, contact properties, and reporting.
* Webflow Pro:Advanced ability in page building, CMS management, and interactions (beyond simple template editing).
* GA4:Competency in basic reporting and funnel exploration.
* Social Orchestration:Experience with LinkedIn company page management and audience maintenance.
* Stack Proficiency:G-Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Asana.
Soft Skills:
* Execution-Minded:A "doer" who finds satisfaction in high-quality, high-volume output.
* Autonomous Self-Starter:Ability to work async-first, flagging blockers early without needing constant "chasing."
* Detail-Obsessed:Precision in formatting and data entry; nothing goes live with a typo or a broken link.
