The Opportunity

A fast-paced U.S.-based private loan brokerage specializing in investor-purpose real estate loans (DSCR, Fix & Flip, and Bridge) is seeking atop 1% operator—someone who is over-qualified for standard "VA" work and wants to build a career in the high-stakes U.S. finance industry.

The Mission

You will be the bridge between borrowers and lenders. You are not just an "admin"—you are aDeal Coordinator. Your role is to take raw loan applications, organize complex financial data, and “sell” the deal to lender partners by drafting compelling, professional deal narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Narrative & Pitching
* Review deals and draft professional summaries
* Clearly articulate why a deal is fundable (e.g., borrower experience, property strength, market conditions)

Pipeline Management
* Take full ownership of loan files from initial application to closing
* Manage systematic checklists for DSCR and Bridge loans
* Ensure all conditions are tracked, updated, and completed

CRM Data Integrity
* Maintain 100% accuracy within the CRM (built on GoHighLevel)
* Ensure every lead, task, and update is properly logged

Speed to Lead
* Maintain extreme responsiveness
* Act as first responder to borrower and lender communication
* Target response time:within 10 minutes during business hours

Third-Party Coordination
* Coordinate and track:Property reportsAppraisalsTitleInsurance documentation
* Property reports
* Appraisals
* Title
* Insurance documentation

Qualifications (Aptitude Over Experience)

Fluent English Communication (Non-Negotiable)
* Near-native verbal fluency for phone-based communication
* Elite written English for professional deal narratives

Logical & Financial Reasoning
