Role Overview

We are hiring aJunior Data Analystto support our data function by building dashboards, maintaining reports, and assisting with day-to-day data tasks.

This role will work directly under a senior data specialist, focusing onexecution rather than architecture. It’s ideal for someone early in their career who is strong in SQL and reporting, and eager to grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding
* Build and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics
* Update and manage recurring reports for internal stakeholders
* Ensure data is presented clearly and accurately
Data Support
* Assist in querying and extracting data using SQL
* Support the senior data specialist with ongoing data tasks
* Help organize and clean datasets for reporting purposes
Data Quality
* Perform basic data checks and flag inconsistencies
* Help maintain documentation of reports and data sources
Business Support
* Work with internal teams to understand reporting needs
* Translate requests into simple, actionable dashboards and reports

Required Hard Skills
* Solid SQL skills (joins, filtering, aggregations)
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
* Exposure to a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
* Basic understanding of data structures and reporting
