Job Overview
We are seeking anative Italian-speaking Recruiterbased inSouth Africato support international recruitment efforts for a UK-based employer. In this dynamic 360 recruitment role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and engaging with both clients and candidates acrossItalian-speaking markets in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle – from client briefing to candidate placement.
* Source and engage Italian-speaking candidates for roles across Europe, particularly within technical, sales, or operational functions.
* Build and nurture client relationships, supporting hiring managers with market insights and tailored talent strategies.
* Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM) to proactively identify qualified candidates.
* Screen candidates and conduct interviews in bothItalian and English.
* Maintain accurate records using the company’s recruitment CRM system.
* Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Fluent/native Italian speakerwith excellent English communication skills.
* At least2–3 years of experience in recruitment(agency or in-house), preferably with international exposure.
* Experience managing the full recruitment cycle (360) is highly desirable.
* Confident working remotely with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
* Familiarity with recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha) is an advantage.
* Must be based inSouth Africa, with access to areliable internet connection and laptop.
