Position Overview
We are seeking a technically strongIT Manager / Database Administratorto support a growing real estate investment and development platform focused on education-related real estate assets. The company works closely with operators, investors, and capital partners to structure and execute investments in early childhood and mission-critical education facilities.
This role will play a critical part indesigning and managing the company’s internal systems, data infrastructure, and automation workflowsas the platform scales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working acrossdatabase administration, system integrations, automation, security, and AI toolsto improve internal operations and efficiency.
This is a hands-on role within a small but growing team, ideal for someone who enjoysbuilding scalable systems, optimizing workflows, and implementing modern automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
