Role:  Inventory and Supply Chain Analyst

Priority Location: LATAM

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM (EST)

Salary Range: $2,500 –$3,000 per month

About the Role:

The Inventory and Supply Chain Analyst role has evolved beyond traditional forecasting. Forecasting is now 80–90% automated using internal tools and AI. The value of this role is analysis, insight, and proactive business recommendations, not data entry.

The analyst should:
* Interpret trends
* Identify risks (out-of-stocks, overstock, missed opportunities)
* Proactively suggest strategies to grow retail performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Data Interpretation

While the tools generate the numbers, you are responsible for explaining the why behind them.
* Trend Analysis: Distinguishing between a temporary spike in sales and a long-term shift in consumer behavior.

This is the most critical part of the role. You aren't just reporting what happened; you are advising on what should happen.

You will oversee the health of the inventory from arrival to sale.
