Interior DesignerHospitality Focus | International / Remote

An award-winning hospitality design firm delivering immersive experiences across hotels, resorts, nightclubs, restaurants, multifamily environments, and branded lifestyle concepts. With active projects across North America and internationally, the firm continues to scale rapidly and seeks exceptional talent to grow with the team.

This role is well-suited for an internationally based designer with strong technical skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to collaborate remotely with a US-based team.

Core Responsibilities
* Contribute to hospitality design projects across multiple phases, from concept development through construction documentation
* Develop presentation materials and client-facing decks using InDesign
* Produce interior design documentation including plans, elevations, details, and schedules
* Develop and maintain FF&E specifications using DesignSpec or similar software
* Create line drawings for specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit
* Support interior architecture and space planning efforts for hospitality environments
* Review shop drawings and submittals under the direction of senior designers
* Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained
* Use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, visualization, documentation, or workflow where appropriate

Required Experience & Skills
* 3–5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in hospitality
* Strong proficiency in Revit for interior design
* Ability to produce rendered elevations and floor plans for presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD for interior documentation
* Experience preparing presentation materials for client review
* Experience with FF&E specifications and coordination
* Familiarity with shop drawing and submittal review processes
* Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment across time zones
* Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity or design workflows

Preferred
* Background in hospitality-focused design studios
* Experience working with US-based clients or consultants
* Familiarity with construction documentation standards for commercial interiors
* Exposure to Bluebeam or similar markup tools
