Role Overview:
hiring a full-time Marketing & Growth Specialist VA to own execution across our marketing and referral channels. The primary purpose of this role is to generate a consistent flow of qualified clients entering intake so clinician caseloads can be filled predictably as the practice scales.
This is an execution-first growth role, not a senior strategy, branding, or social-only position. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning paid ads, funnels, and lead generation while producing clear, trust-building marketing assets aligned to women’s mental health.
Due to the nature of our audience and brand focus in women’s mental health, female candidates are strongly preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Demand Generation
* Own and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
* Support Google Ads where appropriate
* Build and iterate simple landing pages for key clinical niches
* Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimization decisions
* Diagnose and improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
Content & Brand Execution
* Create and schedule on-brand content using Canva
* Produce professional, trust-building assets aligned to women’s mental health
* Ensure creative and messaging support lead generation and conversion, not just engagement
Digital Presence & Trust
* Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile
* Support basic website updates and SEO tasks
* Assist with generating and managing client reviews
Lead & Referral Support
* Track leads and referral sources
* Support referral outreach systems (OBGYNs, women’s health providers, community partners)
* Maintain simple reporting on lead flow and performance trends
Out of Scope
* Conducting intake sessions
* Scheduling clinical appointments
* Clinical screening or diagnosis
* Billing or general administrative support
Required Experience
* Hands-on experience independently running Meta ad campaigns
* Experience creating and scheduling content using Canva
* Familiarity with Google Business Profile management
* Basic understanding of funnels, lead tracking, and performance reporting
* Ability to work independently from SOPs with minimal oversight
Nice-to-Have
* Google Ads experience
* Healthcare or mental health industry exposure
* Referral outreach or partnership support experience
