Job Overview
We are looking for anative German-speaking Recruiterbased inSouth Africato join a high-performing international recruitment team supporting clients across theDACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this360 recruitment role, you’ll manage the full hiring process, from business development to candidate placement, while working with global clients and international talent.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across German-speaking markets.
* Engage with clients and hiring managers in German and English to understand hiring needs.
* Proactively source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment CRM tools.
* Conduct candidate interviews and assessments inGerman.
* Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using internal CRM systems.
* Collaborate with a mature, goal-driven team in a supportive, remote-first environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Native German speakerwith strong professional proficiency in English.
* Minimum of2–3 years of recruitment experience(agency or internal), ideally with international or European exposure.
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment, including business development and client management.
* Comfortable with high activity levels in a KPI-led environment.
* Experience using recruitment CRMs and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, Lusha) is a plus.
* Must be based inSouth Africa, with areliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
