About the Role
We are hiring aFull-Desk Recruiterto own theentire recruitment lifecyclefor our law firm clients—from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships post-placement.
This is aprocess-driven, high-accountability rolethat requires strict adherence to a structured, multi-step recruiting workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring candidates move seamlessly through each stage while maintaining a high level of communication with both candidates and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives instructured environments, enjoys managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and takes ownership of outcomes—not just tasks.
The Role Breakdown
You will ownthree core recruiting functions:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (≈30%)
* Generate candidate pipelines through:Social media channels (including TikTok content)Community engagement (Skool or similar platforms)Outbound sourcing and inbound lead management

* Educate candidates on the opportunity and encourage participation in the process
* Maintain a consistent, high-quality flow of qualified candidates
2. Candidate Management & Screening (≈40%)
* Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
* Enroll qualified candidates into astructured evaluation process, including:Skills assessment (multi-day evaluation)Personality assessmentsBackground checks

* Manage all candidate communication throughout the process
* Ensure candidates complete each step on time and remain engaged
* Conduct final interviews and prepare candidates for client-facing stages
3. Client Management & Placement Coordination (≈30%)
* Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients
