About the Company
We are an early-stage B2B SaaS company building a new category in the revenue operations intelligence space.
Revenue and go-to-market teams spend an enormous amount of time on work that is effectively invisible — chasing answers across Slack, manually stitching together information from multiple systems, preparing for meetings, navigating internal approvals, and piecing together insights from scattered tools.
Our platform analyzes how revenue teams actually work across their tech stack — CRM, email, calendar, messaging tools, ticketing platforms, and more — revealing patterns that drive performance and operational efficiency.
Customers are already seeing measurable improvements in capacity and operational efficiency, and leadership teams are using these insights to inform executive-level decision making.
We are still early in our journey, which means the opportunity to shape the category narrative and growth story is wide open.
The Role
This role exists because we have strong traction, compelling proof points, and a powerful story — but we need someone who can turn that into the messaging, content, and sales assets that accelerate growth.
You will own the strategy and execution of how we communicate our product, our value, and the category we are helping define.
This isnot a narrow content role. We are looking for someone with strong business judgment and exceptional communication skills who can translate real customer conversations into clear, persuasive assets that move deals forward.
You will work directly with the founders and GTM leadership team and collaborate with external design and production resources. Your responsibility is to own the thinking, positioning, and output that drives demand and supports revenue growth.
What You'll Own
Positioning & Messaging
Develop and continuously refine the company’s core messaging framework — how we talk about the problem we solve, the product we’ve built, and why it matters now.
This is an ongoing process informed by customer conversations, market feedback, and evolving product capabilities.
Sales Enablement Assets
Create the materials that help move deals forward, including:

You will participate in customer and prospect conversations to understand what resonates and what objections arise — then translate those insights into high-impact assets.

Own the messaging and copy across the company website.
You will work with design partners on implementation, but the strategic narrative and written content will be your responsibility.
Content & Thought Leadership
Build a content presence that resonates with senior GTM leaders and revenue operations professionals.
