Job Description

* Data Entry:Accurately input and manage sales data, including customer transactions, orders, invoices, and payments into company systems such as Salesforce and QuickBooks Online.
* Data Validation & Quality Control:Regularly check and verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure it aligns with source documents and flags any discrepancies for resolution.
* Data Maintenance:Maintain and update customer and sales records, including account information, pricing, and product details to ensure consistency and accuracy in our systems.
* Collaboration:Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless communication and accurate data transfer between departments.
* Confidentiality & Compliance:Ensure that all sensitive sales and financial data is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and complies with company privacy policies.
* 2-3+ years of experience in financial data entry, accounting, or bookkeeping.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM) and QuickBooks (or other ERP) is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
* Experience working in a tech or software-related industry is a bonus.
