About the roleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and key relationships—especially with donors and stakeholders—are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
* Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, letters, and other correspondence
* Coordinate board of directors and committee meetings (prepare agendas, meeting packets, and take minutes)
* Handle general office administration tasks such as website updates, order processing, and shipping
* Serve as a point of contact for the CEO’s top donors, coordinating communications and scheduling meetings
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader team as needed
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with donors and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Alignment with the organization’s Christian mission and values
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a non-profit or ministry environment
* Experience working in a remote or distributed team
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
