About the RoleThis is a high-performing, remote role combining Executive Assistant (EA) and Marketing Coordinator responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly intelligent, proactive, and able to provide thoughtful pushback. This is not a “yes-person” role; the person must be capable of independent problem-solving, anticipating needs, and managing both administrative and marketing tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
* Executive Support: Manage CEO’s calendar, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements

* Marketing Administration: Execute campaigns, prepare content, manage CRM communications, schedule social posts, and report metrics (administrative support; not strategy creation)

* Systems & Processes: Develop and maintain organizational systems to ensure smooth operations

Role Split: Typically 70% EA responsibilities, 30% marketing administration, though some quarters (e.g., Q4 planning) may shift to 50/50

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Marketing Coordinator

* Experience supporting senior executives and/or creative teams
