We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-drivenOperations Managerto oversee the end-to-end delivery of academic competitions. This role sits at the center of operations — coordinating logistics, managing live interactions, and ensuring a seamless experience for students, parents, and educators.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with young learners, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts in real time.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manageend-to-end logisticsfor academic competitions
* Coordinate schedules, participants, and event execution across multiple time zones
* Facilitatelive interactionswith students, parents, and teachers via Zoom
* Act as the central point of contact during competitions, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Troubleshoot issues in real-time and maintain a high-quality participant experience
* Support ongoing operational improvements and documentation of processes
Requirements
* Native English speaker(neutral accent preferred, but not essential)
* Prior experience inK–12 education(e.g., private school teacher or similar)
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Demonstratedleadership experience(formal or informal)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable working in a highly structured, detail-driven environment
* Ability to confidently engage with students, parents, and educators
Technical Skills
* Comfortable using modern tools and platforms (e.g.,ChatGPT, Zoom, Google Workspace)
