As a Human Resources (HR) Compliance Specialist IV, you will ensure the organization operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its strategic business objectives. You will serve as an emerging authority, applying extensive technical expertise to develop and manage comprehensive compliance and ethics programs. You will advise leadership on regulatory obligations, compliance risks, and mitigation strategies through detailed analysis and reporting. You will design and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls that strengthen regulatory adherence and ethical standards across the enterprise. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer in determining objectives, strategies, and corrective actions related to compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance monitoring, communication, and enforcement of compliance standards. You will handle sensitive information with discretion while supporting a workplace culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The proposed salary range for this position is$118,566-$177,848. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. Implement and manage an effective HR legal and regulatory compliance programDevelop, review, and update company policies to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulationsAdvise management on compliance risks and regulatory requirements through detailed reports and recommendationsCreate and manage corrective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violationsConduct periodic internal audits and reviews of procedures, practices, and documentation to identify risks or weaknessesAssess company operations to determine areas of compliance, ethical, or operational riskIdentify compliance or ethics issues requiring follow-up, investigation, or remediationDesign and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified compliance risksWrite, disseminate, and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and ethics programsCollaborate with internal management teams to develop, implement, and operate compliance and ethics initiativesDevelop and deliver employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, and regulatory updatesEnsure employees are educated on current regulations, reporting mechanisms, and ethical standardsResolve employee concerns related to legal compliance and ethical mattersAssist with audit reporting and oversee related corrective actions to ensure timely resolutionDesign and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standardsMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational informationParticipate in growth efforts as requestedEnsure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfactionComplete personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract-specific LCAT and requirementsPerform other related duties as assigned
