About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling in with questions and requests related to our services. You'll work closely alongside two existing U.S.-based customer support agents and play a key role in delivering a smooth and professional experience to every caller.

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound phone calls (approximately 20–30 calls per 8-hour shift)
* Answer preliminary customer questions clearly and professionally
* Collaborate and coordinate with the existing customer support team
* Document and track customer interactions as needed
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team member when necessary
* Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in every customer interaction
Requirements
* Fluent, near-native English speaker, both spoken and written (non-negotiable)
* Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment, preferably serving U.S.-based clients
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Ability to work the required U.S. Eastern Time schedule consistently
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
* Quick learner, must be able to ramp up within approximately 2 weeks of onboarding
* Team player who can collaborate well with a remote and U.S.-based team

* Experience in automotive, legal, or DMV-related industries
