Customer service/Care Specialist📍 Remote – South Africa🕒 Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM MST/PST💰 $1,500 – $1,700 USD/month (Depending on Experience)📝 Independent Contractor

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the entire project journey. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive updates, issue resolution, and creating a 5-star customer experience. The Customer Care Specialist will serve as the customer’s advocate, coordinating with internal departments, de-escalating issues, and making sure every client ends their project happy and confident in our company.
