Role:Customer Experience Agent

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls at self-storage facilities. You'll handle everything from answering rental questions to guiding customers through move-ins.
* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with rental rates, move-in processes, payments, and new rental creation
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and live chat
* Guide customers to their storage units using facility maps and digital tools
* Make informed pricing decisions, including voiding payments and prorating rent
* Use our internal platform Cubby, along with Google Docs and Sheets, to problem-solve and respond accurately
* Proactively retain customers when they consider moving out
* Continuously learn our operations and software to serve customers confidently
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Comfortable working from scripts while personalizing your approach
* Experience with customer support platforms
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
* Familiarity with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms
