About the Role
As a CRM Executive, you will support the delivery of our retention and lifecycle marketing strategy, reporting directly to the CRM & Retention Manager. You’ll be hands-on within Klaviyo and other tools, helping to build and optimize campaigns, automated flows, and customer journeys that boost LTV, reduce churn, and keep customers engaged with our brand.
This role is ideal for someone at a mid-level in their CRM career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership of campaigns, and grow within a scaling DTC business.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, building, and executing email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo

* Support the creation and optimization of automated flows (welcome, replenishment, winback, etc.) with a focus on performance and personalization

About You
Must-Haves
* 2+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing (internship or agency experience welcome)

* Deep knowledge and experience with Klaviyo for both email and SMS
