The Role

This role focuses on three key areas of the business, all centered around proactive outreach and cold calling:

Capital Maintenance
* Call and email lenders and investors in the database to gather updated investment criteria
* Accurately update and maintain records in HubSpot
* KPI:Number of records updated with accurate information
Capital Raising
* Conduct outreach to lenders and investors for active deals
* Present opportunities and gauge interest
* Pass qualified leads to senior team members
* KPI:Number of investors/lenders requesting more information
Business Development
* Reach out to prospective owners and developers
* Introduce services and generate interest
* Book meetings for senior team members
* KPI:Number of meetings scheduled

Key Qualifications
* Fluent in English (C1 or higher) with strong verbal communication skills
* Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience
* Ability to handle high call volumes daily
* Interest in hotel and/or multifamily real estate
* Strong research and information-gathering skills
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
* Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment
Nice to Have:
* Experience in commercial real estate, finance, or capital brokerage (U.S. market preferred)
