Role Overview

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for architecting the company’s brand identity and scaling their agency business model.

This is not a purely execution-based role; it requires a high-level strategist who understands how to build a "pull-based" marketing engine for a service business. The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive leader who has a proven track record of scaling agencies and can integrate deeply into a high-performance, remote culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Brand Transformation:Lead the shift from a sales-heavy outreach model to a brand-led inbound strategy, ensuring messaging resonates with sophisticated PE/IB stakeholders.
* Agency Scaling & Growth:Apply proven frameworks to scale the agency business model, owning the roadmap for market share expansion and niche dominance.
* Content & Copywriting Authority:Oversee and execute high-level thought leadership and technical copywriting to establish institutional trust and industry authority.
* Campaign & Budget Management:Design and manage the total marketing budget, overseeing multi-channel growth campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
* Referral Program Development:Build and internalize a systematic referral engine to convert successful client outcomes into a consistent source of high-quality new business.
* Marketing Tech Stack Optimization:Own and optimize the growth ecosystem, includingPipedrive(CRM),Lemlist(Email Automation), andLinkedIn.

Qualifications & Experience
* 5–10 years of experiencein a marketing leadership role (CMO or Head of Marketing).
* Direct experience scaling an agency(e.g., SEO, Digital Marketing, or B2B Professional Services) is thetop priorityfor this role.
* Proven ability to transform sales-driven organizations into brand-led market leaders.
* Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to "build the playbook" rather than just follow one.
* Proficient in CRM management (Pipedrive preferred) and outreach automation (Lemlist/LinkedIn).
