Job Description

Chargeblast Operations VA

| Remote (South America, SA)| Full-Time| $1,500–$2,500/month USD

About the company

Our client is a fintech startup that provides payment infrastructure and chargeback prevention for high-scale e-

commerce brands. Every merchant on our platform gets enrolled in Chargeblast — a chargeback alert system

that prevents disputes before they become chargebacks. Managing enrollments, migrations, and alert health

across 20+ merchants is a full-time job. That’s your job.

The Role

You’ll handle the enrollment paperwork, follow-ups, and tracking that keeps every merchant protected from

chargebacks. This includes collecting billing descriptors and BIN/CAID numbers from merchants, submitting

enrollment requests to the Chargeblast team, managing migrations from competitors (Disputifier), monitoring

VAMP chargeback rates, and keeping the enrollment tracker updated daily.

You won’t decide on pricing or handle escalations — the founder makes those calls. You execute the process and

make sure no merchant goes unprotected.

What you’ll do every day:

• Collect billing descriptors, BIN, and CAID/MID numbers from new merchants (via Slack)

• Submit Ethoca, RDR, CDRN, and INFORM enrollment requests to the Chargeblast ops team

• Follow up on pending RDR enrollments (10 business day turnaround) and INFORM submissions

• Manage Disputifier-to-Chargeblast migrations with zero downtime in coverage

• Monitor merchant chargeback (VAMP) rates and flag any merchant above 0.7% immediately

• Track Chargeblast billing — ensure payment methods are current, reconcile invoices

• Update the Chargeblast Enrollment tracker in Attio CRM daily

• Generate chargeback metrics reports for merchants who request them

What we’re looking for

•Obsessively organized. You track every enrollment, every deadline, every follow-up. Nothing slips.

•Strong English, written and spoken. You’ll work in Slack channels with merchants and the Chargeblast

team daily.

•Process-driven.You thrive on checklists, trackers, and SOPs. When a step says “follow up in 5 business

days,” you do it on day 5, not day 8.

•Quick learner. You don’t need to know chargeback prevention on day one. We provide a full knowledge

base and playbook. But you need to own the domain within 2 weeks.

• Comfortable managing vendor relationships. You’ll work daily with the Chargeblast ops team — you

need to push for speed while keeping the relationship professional.

• Available during US Eastern business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST).

What you get

• $1,500–$2,500/month USD (based on experience), paid biweekly

• Full-time remote position with flexibility

• Ground-floor role — opportunity to grow into a Head of Chargeblast Operations role

• Comprehensive training: knowledge base + step-by-step playbook + full Chargeblast team contacts

• Work directly with the founder

To apply: Send your resume and a 2-sentence note on why you’re a fit
