Role Overview:

This high-impact Inventory Planner role will support the end-to-end inventory planning process across multiple sales channels. You will play a key role in managing stock levels, supporting S&OP processes, and ensuring a seamless inventory pipeline across DTC, marketplaces, and retail.We’re looking for a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy problem solver who can operate with urgency, adapt quickly, and turn data into actionable decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize existing reporting to manage near-term stockout risks and coordinate withlogistics to mitigate gaps (transfers, expediting, etc.)
* Support and execute the monthly S&OP Demand Planning process, aligning inputs across DTC, Amazon, Retail, and Wholesale channels
* Support and execute the monthly S&OP Supply Planning process, including purchase order creation to maintain healthy inventory levels
* Define and manage replenishment plans for online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon,Walmart) in coordination with logistics
* Respond to unplanned events with practical problem-solving and operational agility
* Execute supply planning activities while collaborating closely with the broaderoperations team
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations
* Working knowledge of NetSuite
* Experience utilizing Asana as a tracking/project management tool
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complexity
* Proficiency with Google Sheets and Slack
* High proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Flexible and adaptable; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Reporting Line:

You will report to the Head of Ops / Supply Chain.
