With a small team of four, we are looking to execute and streamline ouradvertising campaign management. To achieve this, we are seeking a detail orientedMarketing Coordinator to optimize our current workflows, update and analyze keycampaign metrics, and help us scale efficiently.Key Responsibilities:● Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, deploy, and optimize SMS marketingcampaigns to achieve revenue targets.● Performance Tracking & Analysis: Daily monitoring of key performanceindicators (KPIs) such as marketing costs, engagement and conversion rates.● Workflow Optimization: Improve campaign tracking and planning usingGoogle Sheets and other automation tools.● Software Utilization: Work with existing campaign management platformsand Google Sheets to enhance reporting and decision-making.● Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with the team and provideperformance reports with actionable insights.Qualifications & Requirements:● Experience: Entry level experience in digital marketing; experience in SMSmarketing and/or campaign management a plus. Will accept fresh grads withdegrees in marketing if they have the other aptitudes sought after in the JD.● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, basic businessmanagement applications.● Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based onperformance metrics.● English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English (C1 levelmandatory).● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify inefficiencies, suggest changes,and implement process improvements.● Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlywith minimal supervision after training.● Collaboration: Comfortable working with multiple leaders in the business andable to adapt to different leadership styles.
