About the Role
We are hiring aBusiness Development & Revenue Operations Leadto fix and scale our sales engine.
This is not a traditional sales role.
We are not looking for someone to “make more calls.”We are looking for someone todiagnose, rebuild, and execute a high-performing sales process.
Our current challenge is not a lack of effort — it’s a lack of structure, positioning, and consistency. This role will bringclarity, systems, and strategyto how we generate and convert pipeline.
