Your mission is to hunt for and qualify high-level opportunities. You will take curated lead lists and priority tiers to execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (Email, Phone, and LinkedIn).

* Multi-Channel Outreach:Execute consistent outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and Cold Calling to prioritized lead lists
* CRM & Workflow Management:Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and work within Google Docs and AI-driven workflows
* Lead Qualification:Identify the key "hook" for each prospect and translate the value proposition into booked meetings
* Collaboration:Work closely with leadership to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and adjust outreach strategies
* Strategic Appointment Setting:Manage the full hand-off from initial interest to confirmed meetings

Who You Are
* B2B Sales Professional:Proven track record in B2B sales, comfortable with sales cycles ranging from 2 weeks to 4 months
* Technically Savvy:Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve workflow efficiency
* Creative/Media Background (Bonus):Experience in media or creative industries is a strong advantage
* Resourceful:Able to think critically, adapt messaging, and solve prospect challenges without relying heavily on scripts
