Base Salary: $1000 to $1500 (Commensurate with expereince)
Commission:
* Uncapped commission structure based on a percentage of the revenue generated from new client deals
* No ceiling on the commission earnings potential
Role Overview
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients in a newly launched market. This role suits atrue sales hunterwho thrives on prospecting, outreach, and closing deals within thereal estate industry.
The company offers a free first shoot to new clients, making the initial sale easier. The main goal is toconvert these prospects into repeat paying clients, with commission paid as a percentage of the profit from each shoot.
This role is ideal for someone with real estate sales experience whounderstands the language and needs of real estate agentsand can confidently position marketing services that help agents sell homes faster.
You will drivenew business growthfor our company, areal estate marketing and media services provider. You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to the full suite of offerings, including photography, videography, virtual tours, drone footage, and social media management. Your ability to communicate the value proposition effectively andconvert leads into paying clientswill be essential to the company's expansion.
You will work closely with the local delivery team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. There is also potential for career growth, as high-performing BDRs may advance into senior sales or account management roles as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
* Prospect and acquire new real estate clients in the Indianapolis market.
* Conduct outreach throughsocial media, cold calls, emails, and text messaging.
* Engage and nurture inbound and outbound leads.
* Present the company’sreal estate photography, drone, and floor plan servicesto potential clients.
* Convert prospects into first-time bookings using thefree first shoot offer.
* Securerepeat bookings at full price.
Lead Management
* Manage leads and opportunities using the company CRM.
* Track outreach activity and maintain accurate pipeline records.
* Follow up consistently to convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.
Market Development
* Help establish the company in anew expansion market.
* Identify real estate agents, brokerages, and real estate-adjacent businesses as potential clients.
* Prospectsmall to medium businesseswithin the real estate ecosystem.
Relationship Building
* Build strong relationships with real estate agents and brokerages.
* Understand client needs and position services to support faster property sales and better marketing.
Commission Structure
* Commission is paid as apercentage of the profit from each shoot.
First shoot is freefor new clients to drive easy acquisition.
* Commission is earned when clients bookpaid follow-up shoots.
* Tiered commission structurebased on performance.
* No cap on commission earnings.
Required Experience
* 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a real estate-related industry.
* Strong understanding ofreal estate terminology and agent workflows.
* Proven track record inclient acquisition, outreach, and lead conversion.
* Experience usingCRM systems(any CRM).
* Comfortable conductinghigh-volume outreachthrough calls, social media, email, and SMS.
Preferred Experience
* Experience sellingreal estate services, marketing services, or media services.
* Familiarity withHubSpot(preferred but not required).
* Experience withGo High Level CRMis a plus.
* Experience working withreal estate agents or brokerages.
