This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background inend-to-end recruitmentwho wants to focus more on theclient-facing and business developmentaspects of the role — using your industry insight to engage new clients, consult strategically, and help grow the business. You’ll workremotely from South Africa, partnering closely with delivery recruiters in the UK to provide top recruitment solutions globally.

Salary:R30 000 - R35 000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities
* Proactivelyidentify, engage, and secure new clientsacross international recruitment markets.
* Use your recruitment experience toconsult with clients, understanding their talent needs and offering tailored hiring strategies.
* Conductcold calls, outreach campaigns, and follow-upsto build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
* Leverage tools likeLinkedIn Sales Navigatorand CRM platforms to research, track, and manage leads.
* Build long-term relationshipswith decision-makers and hiring managers in various industries.
* Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure smooth and successful placements.
* Present recruitment solutions and proposalsconfidently and persuasively.
* Maintain detailed records of all business development activities and client communications.
* Consistentlymeet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven success as a360 recruiteror in abusiness development rolewithin recruitment (any industry, but international experience essential).
* Demonstrated success incold callingand traditional sales/outreach methods.
* Proficient withLinkedIn Sales NavigatorandCRM tools.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* Reliable internet connection and personal laptop required.
