Bookkeeper (Multi-LLC)
* Salary Range:$1,200 – $2,200 (depending on talent/experience).
* Location: Souuth Africa and LATAM
* Schedule:10 AM – 6 PM EST.
Role Overview:We are seeking a comprehensive Bookkeeper to manage the accounts for multiple LLCs across our tech and e-commerce businesses. We don’t use traditional software like QuickBooks; we useDigits(AI-driven bookkeeping). We need someone who is "talent-driven" and doesn't just send spreadsheets asking what every transaction is, but proactively identifies them.

Key Responsibilities:
* General Ledger:Maintain accurate books for several distinct LLCs.
* AP/AR:Manage outgoing wires and incoming payments across various business units.
* Financial Reporting:Utilize Digits and AI tools to provide real-time visibility into company spend.
* Research:Proactively categorize transactions by researching vendors rather than asking leadership for every detail.
