Role:  Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Priority Location: South Africa / Latin America

Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) EST

Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,300 USD ($) per month

Our client is growing healthcare-focused law firm led by an experienced attorney, specializing in legal services for clients in the healthcare sector. Our team consists of 8–12 professionals, including attorneys and support staff, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, client-centered legal solutions.

As a modern legal practice, we leverage technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. However, like many growing firms, our legal team currently balances both billable legal work and administrative responsibilities—creating an opportunity to improve productivity and better allocate time.

We are now investing in building a dedicated administrative function to support our team, enhance internal operations, and lay the foundation for consistent marketing efforts and long-term growth.

Role Overview:

Our client is hiring a Bilingual Administrative & Marketing Coordinator (French & English) to support our legal team across day-to-day administrative operations and light marketing activities.

This is a foundational, high-impact role where you will help free up attorneys and paralegals from administrative work, allowing them to focus on higher-value legal tasks. Over time, the role will expand to include more responsibility in marketing and operational support.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the firm long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
* Manage and organize email communications (Outlook)
* Assist with document management and file organization (SharePoint)
* Prepare and send documents for signature via DocuSign
* Support time entry and billing processes (training provided on Clio)
* Handle general administrative tasks across the firm to improve efficiency
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in internal documentation and workflows
Operations & Team Support
* Provide support to attorneys and paralegals to reduce administrative burden
* Help streamline repetitive processes and improve day-to-day operations
* Maintain organized systems and ensure tasks are completed on time
Marketing Support (Light)
* Schedule and publish content across:LinkedInFacebookInstagram
* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* Instagram
* Monitor and respond to basic inquiries or comments
* Assist with content distribution and simple follow-ups
* Help build a more consistent and professional online presence
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluent in both English and French (required)
* Proven experience in administrative, operations, or virtual assistant roles
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
* Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
* Comfortable working full-time in North American business hours
* Microsoft Outlook
* SharePoint or similar document management systems

* Willingness to learn Clio (legal practice management software)
