Position Overview
We seek an attorney to support land development and transactional legal work in the energy industry. This role focuses on contracts, title review, and land acquisition, with opportunities to engage in regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. No U.S. law license is required—though it’s a plus—and experience in real estate or energy law is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
