About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure properties are prepared for sale. This role focuses on managing multiple properties simultaneously, coordinating vendors, handling property maintenance, and ensuring smooth transitions from occupied to sale-ready status.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee property transitions: occupied → vacant → clean-out → sale-ready.
