About the Role

We are hiring anAppointment Setter with a clear path to becoming a full-cycle SDR and eventually a Closer.

This role starts withhigh-volume outbound and inbound lead follow-up, with the primary goal of:
* Booking qualified prospects into discovery calls
* Driving show rates for consultations
As you prove performance, you will grow into:
* Running discovery calls
* Handling parts of the sales process
* Eventually closing deals

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Outreach & Follow-Up
* Call inbound and warm leads quickly and persistently
* Execute high-volume outreach:7–10 touchpoints per lead within the first weekDouble dialing and multi-touch follow-up
* 7–10 touchpoints per lead within the first week
* Double dialing and multi-touch follow-up
* Follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging tone

2. Appointment Setting
* Qualify leads and book them into discovery calls
* Clearly communicate next steps and expectations
* Ensure prospects are properly scheduled and prepared

3. Show Rate Optimization
* Send reminders via:CallsTextsEmails
* Calls
* Texts
* Emails
* Proactively follow up to reduce no-shows
* Build rapport to increase commitment to appointments

4. CRM & Pipeline Management
* Track all activity in CRM
* Maintain clean and organized lead data
* Manage follow-ups and pipeline stages effectively

5. Growth into SDR & Sales Role

As you demonstrate success, responsibilities will expand to include:
* Conducting discovery calls
* Qualifying prospects at a deeper level
* Handling objections
* Supporting or running consultations
* Progressing toward a closing role

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have
