The MissionYour objective is high-velocity conversion. Using a high-speed power dialer, you will be the primary engine of our sales funnel, turning outbound leads into confirmed, high-quality appointments for our sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
* High-Volume Outreach:Execute a minimum of 275 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing system.
* Objection Handling:Confidently navigate pushback and pivot conversations to secure booked appointments.
* Conversion Targets:Maintain a 15%+ call-to-appointment conversion rate to stay on track with team goals.
* Data Integrity:Accurately track activities and update CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team.

* Sales Grit:Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, telemarketing, or debt collection. You are comfortable with "the grind."
