About the Role
New Way Wealth is seeking a dedicatedAppointment Setterto act as the primary engine for business growth. This is a "foundational hire" designed to turn a massive database of warm leads into a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings. You will re-engage hundreds of past seminar attendees and manage a steady stream of new leads, ensuring no "white space" remains on the advisor’s calendar. This role is perfect for a persistent, high-energy communicator who can build instant trust with affluent retirees.
Key Responsibilities
* High-Volume Lead Conversion:Re-engage a database of 800+ existing leads and manage 160–250 new leads per month.
* Multi-Channel Outreach:Execute a persistent cadence of phone calls (primary), emails, and SMS to secure appointments.
* Calendar Management:Direct scheduling onto the advisor’s calendar, ensuring prospects are qualified and prepared for their consultation.
* Lead Recovery:Systematically follow up with no-shows and cancellations to recover lost revenue opportunities.
* CRM & Workflow Management:UtilizeNotionand proprietary lead management tools to document interactions and refine AI-assisted outreach scripts.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
* Telephony & Sales:Proven experience in outbound appointment setting or SDR roles, preferably in financial services, insurance, or high-ticket sales.
