Job Description

Role: Acquisitions / Lead Manager

Priority Location: Latin America and South Africa

Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) PST

Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,500 USD ($) per month + strong performance-based commission (OTE varies based on close rate)

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Conversion
* Manage and qualify warm inbound leads
* Conduct discovery calls and build rapport with sellers
* Guide prospects through the decision-making process
Consultative Selling
* Use a NEPQ-style approach (diagnostic, question-led selling)
* Handle objections with empathy and logic
* Focus on understanding motivations rather than pushing deals
Deal Structuring & Closing
* Negotiate pricing and terms
* Maintain high close rates (target: 20–50%)
* Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff
What We’re Looking For:

Experience
* Proven experience in sales, lead management, or acquisitions
* Real estate or high-ticket sales experience strongly preferred
* Experience working with US-based customers
