Job Description

Role Summary:Oversee all receivables activities and ensure accurate, timely reconciliation of payments and forecasting of collections.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage AR aging reports and client outreach for collections
* Reconcile payments in QuickBooks Online and bank account statements
* Collaborate with the sales and service teams on invoicing
* Forecast future receivables and generate reports for leadership
* Track invoice statuses (sent, viewed, paid, overdue) using QuickBooks Online.
* Ensure invoice numbers and due dates sync correctly to monday.com AR tracking board
* Create and manage customer billing profiles including payment terms (e.g., Net 30/Net 45)
* Pull weekly AR aging reports in QuickBooks and cross-check with monday.com pipeline.
* Generate customer-specific reports (by region, rep, or industry) to identify slow payers or consistent delinquents.
* Prepare monthly dashboards on receivables status, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and cash inflow projections.
* Send proactive reminders for upcoming or overdue payments via email or monday.com notification automation.
* Follow up with phone calls or templated sequences.
* Escalate persistent non-payment accounts to leadership with full payment history and notes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in AR or finance roles
* Experience with QBO and Fishbowl preferred
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
