Account Manager
Role Overview
The Account Manager drives new revenue by consulting with customers on infrared heating solutions and owning the full sales cycle—from lead qualification through post-sale experience.
This role is accountable for consistently generating and closing new business. While primarily responsible for converting warm inbound leads, the Account Manager is also expected to contribute to new opportunity generation through follow-up, referrals, and light outbound efforts.
Responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities within the existing customer base, promoting referral and incentive programs, securing product reviews, communicating sales and promotions, supporting customers when needed, and coordinating a seamless handoff to internal teams and vendor partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Over time, this role may evolve to include sales process optimization or team leadership as the company scales.
