Account Executive – Business Development & Closing

Role Type: Remote (Offshore – LATAM / South Africa)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (Weekend coverage required)

Overview

We are a premier, high-ticket physical therapy practice specializing in 1:1 concierge services for lifelong athletes and runners. We provide elite-level performance care for clients who refuse to age out of their sport and are ready to invest in a premium, cash-pay experience (typical plans start at $3,000+).

We are looking for a high-nuance, fast-moving Account Executive to manage our sales pipeline from "speed-to-lead" through to the close. You are the first point of contact for high-value leads and are responsible for moving them through our workflow with urgency and empathy. When an athlete reaches out, you are the one to guide them toward a discovery call and clinic visit within minutes.

The Schedule

We are hiring for two distinct shifts to ensure seamless coverage:

South Africa Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

LATAM Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

Weekend Focus: Both roles are currently Sunday – Thursday.

Core Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Management: Monitor GoHighLevel (GHL) and reach out to new leads within minutes. You own the entire workflow—from initial interest to the booked visit.

Discovery & Qualification: Run high-nuance discovery calls to understand goals, fit, and readiness to invest in $3k+ high-ticket services.

Closing & Conversion: Turn interest into committed assessments with speed and consistency. In our world, volume, speed, and show rate win.

Reactivation: Execute calls to our existing database to re-engage past leads or inactive clients.

CRM Excellence: Keep the CRM spotless with correct stages, clear notes, and no loose ends.

Who You Are

Wellness/Fitness Savvy: You likely have a background in gyms, functional medicine, or premium wellness. You understand the "lifelong athlete" mindset.

The "Nuanced" Closer: You don’t sound like a script. You can have a real, empathetic conversation about physical health and the value of concierge care.

Urgency-Driven: You understand that speed-to-lead is the single most important factor for success. If you want a job where you can "look busy" without being measured, this is not it.

Structured & Organized: You like checklists and having your performance on a leaderboard. Messy CRMs and "forgot to follow up" make you crazy.

Requirements

Fluency: Exceptional English verbal skills with a clear, professional, and nuanced delivery.

Experience: 1+ year in phone-based sales, SDR, or appointment setting.

Tech: Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar sales automation; must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.

Availability: Must be able to work the designated shifts, including Sundays.
