Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage your own recruitment desk within an international niche market.
* Proactively develop new business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle — from client acquisition to candidate placement and aftercare.
* Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
* Work closely with internal marketing, operations, data, and finance teams to enhance business success.
* Leverage industry-leading technology to streamline admin tasks and focus on revenue-generating activity.
* Continuously meet and exceed activity, revenue, and placement KPIs.
* Stay up to date with trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems markets.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of2 years’ experiencein 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a strong business development component.
* Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.
* Must have access to alaptopandreliable, high-speed internet.
* A quiet, professional home-working environment.
* Ability to work UK business hours.
